Cooking is as much about visual appeal as it is about taste. Grillmaster Russ created this pizza which is a delight for the eyes and the taste buds, with its bright, contrasting colors and fire roasted flavors. Purple cauliflower, Brussels sprouts leaves and sweet peppers are cooked over an open flame until they are caramelized to perfection.

This pizza is one of our tastiest creations. The crispy, fire cooked crust provides an unbeatable base for the earthy, fall ingredients. The sauce is made from a mixture of creamy ricotta cheese, fresh rosemary, olive oil and lemon zest. The pizza is then topped with red onion and butternut squash that has been caramelized with balsamic vinegar. Roasted hazelnuts are sprinkled over the top to finish.
