Griller's Holiday Menu

Celebrate the holiday season with this all-grilled menu full of bold, live fire flavors. Start with prosciutto-wrapped asparagus spears, crisped and browned from the high heat of the grill. The centerpiece of the meal is a cedar-planked bone-in filet, topped with a decadent crab butter. A grilled radicchio salad with a luscious blue cheese vinaigrette and a grill-roasted sweet potato roast with a hint of wood smoke round out the meal. And for dessert, smoke-roasted apples are light, but still full of flavor, with an irresistible touch of ginger and brown sugar.
