Smoky Holiday Menu
If you're a fan of complex, smoky wood flavors, then this is the ideal holiday menu for you. Bite-sized smoky bacon mini quiches are easily passed around and shared as an appetizer. For the main event, we've chosen a prime rib roast because it is so naturally tender and flavorful. Smoked with oak wood for 4 1/2 hours, then browned on a hot grill to finish — the flavor is truly incredible. A smoke-roasted golden beet salad, and butternut squash casserole can both be prepared using the Hybrid Fire Grill with smoker pellet inserts, and bring fresh, earthy flavors to the meal. To finish, we grill-roast a rich chocolate pecan pie and infuse it with subtle pecan smoke.
