We are happy to hear you are impressed with our products, but our grills are intended for residential outdoor use only. We have considered offering a commercial model, but we do not do so at this time. Drippings from meat should not be an issue for the gas flame.

I am amazed with your products. Have a grill restaurant in London, UK. I have few questions:
- can you ise it indoors, in professional kitchen?
- does the grease from the meat obstruct the gas flame?
- can you ship it to Europe?

Do you ship to Norway and if so what will it cost to ship a unit?

John, the simple answer is yes. To be more specific, we tune our grills to operate at the same temperature specifications for liquid propane fuel as they do for natural gas. The K500HS will run well off an LP cylinder, but we always recommend a bulk connection for our grills due to their high-performance nature and their high BTU draw. For grills purchased for use with a cylinder, we provide a 30-pound cylinder with a fuel level gauge. The grills perform substantially better using these tanks than they do with a 20-pound cylinder.

Can I expect the same performance from the grill using a propane tank vs. being hooked up to natural gas?

Luan, there is nothing else like a Kalamazoo grill. While the price point is much higher than the competition, it is the only grill than seamlessly combines gas, charcoal and wood fires. The intense heat cycles that are possible require us to use more material and more welding than is the norm. Even our burners are cast from 12 pounds of lead-free brass.

Please help me understand the cost of the Kalamazoo grills. It looks like a well built and wonderfully versatile cooking unit. I just can’t justify the price point of $14,000-21,000.
