Wood-fired rotisserie chicken is fairly easy to manage and your guests will be blown away by the aroma and the flavor. However, rotisserie chicken takes some extra work as it has to be trussed and tightly secured on the rotisserie spit to ensure it cooks evenly, but it is well worth the effort.
