Saveur Summer BBQ 2013
Saveur magazine invited Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet to participate in the 4th Annual Saveur Summer BBQ at the Boat Basin on Manhattan's upper west side. We brought along a K750HS Hybrid Fire Grill and an Artisan Fire Pizza Oven, and we had a great time. The team from the Saveur Test Kitchen did an amazing job grilling Tavuk Kebabi (Mint and Aleppo Pepper Marinated Chicken Kebabs) on the K750HS, and our good friend Roberto Caporuscio made awesome pizzas.
