Barbecue and grilling expert Steven Raichlen featured the Kalamazoo Gaucho Grill on his television series Project Smoke. Watch as he rotisserie-roasts a beautiful 22 pound prime rib over a wood fire on the Argentinian-style grill. After smoke-roasting the meat for several hours, Raichlen takes it off the spit and carves it into monster steaks. He then finishes the steak off by searing them directly on the grill grates over the wood fire with some fresh asparagus.
