Elevate your Kalamazoo grills performance to another level with our custom cooking surfaces. Each surface is optimized for a different kind of grilling - including meat, fish and veggies. The surfaces are laser-cut from 1/4-inch-thick slabs of solid stainless steel. The sheer weight of the surface allows for maximum heat retention, which helps prevent food from sticking and produces the perfect grills marks.
