Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving, although not traditionally a grilling holiday, is one of the best opportunities of the year to do some outdoor cooking. You can build flavors that can only be created with a live fire, and open up space in the indoor kitchen where friends and family gather. Of course, no Thanksgiving table is complete without a turkey - we recommend smoking yours with apple wood for tender, juicy meat with just the right amount of smokiness. On the side, a sliced sweet potato roast and roasted brussels sprouts and squash with onion jam add rich, earthy root vegetable flavors to your holiday table. Cap off the meal with a showstopping, smoked chocolate pecan pie for which your guests are sure to be thankful.
