Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Grill Products Warranty

2 YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

This grill is covered by a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet will repair (or at its discretion, replace) any part which has been found to be defective within TWO YEARS of the date of purchase at no cost to you.

PLUS 20 YEARS PARTS WARRANTY

The cast brass Dragon Burners, the cooking grates, and the stainless steel sheet metal structure of the grill are covered by an additional TWENTY YEAR parts only warranty. The stainless steel sheet metal structure of the grill includes the burner box, lid, and cabinet structure of the grill. Warranty period begins when the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. This warranty excludes discoloration and surface corrosion, and it excludes labor.

PLUS 3 YEARS PARTS WARRANTY

Stainless steel burners, gas valves, cooktop burners and manifold pipes are covered by a parts only warranty for THREE YEARS in addition to the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This warranty period begins when the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. This warranty excludes labor.

For the twenty year and three year parts warranties, which are in addition to the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty for parts and labor, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet  will repair, or at its discretion replace, covered parts which are found to be defective within the additional warranty periods. You will be responsible for freight and any labor costs or service fees.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  1. Service calls which are not related to any product defect. The cost of a service call is your responsibility if the problem is not found to be a product defect. You will be charged for the service call if the problem is found to be caused by:
    1. Improper installation of the product
    2. Incorrect house wiring or plumbing
    3. Improper use of the product or the need for instructing you how to use the product
    4. Accidental damage, neglect or an Act of God
    5. Commercial use
    6. Pests, such as insects, rodents or other animals
  2. Defects caused by factors other than:
    1. Normal domestic use or
    2. Use in accordance with the product’s Use and Care Guide
  3. Discoloration or surface corrosion.
  4. Normal recommended maintenance as described in the product’s Use and Care Guide.
  5. Costs of repairs that were not arranged for by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, or the cost of correcting any of these unauthorized repairs.
  6. Pick-up and delivery costs

Service must be authorized by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet using a service provider designated by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. The warranty may be invalidated if the product is used other than in accordance with the product use and care guide or other than for normal domestic use. This warranty is an extra benefit and does not affect your legal rights.

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You must retain your original proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, at Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet’s discretion, invalidate your claim. The stainless steel sheet metal structure of the pizza oven includes the fabricated exterior and interior structural parts of the oven. This warranty period begins when the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. This warranty excludes discoloration and surface corrosion, and it excludes labor.

PLUS 3 YEARS PARTS WARRANTY

The stainless steel burners and gas valves are covered by a parts only warranty for THREE YEARS in addition to the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This warranty period begins when the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. This warranty excludes labor.

2 YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

This appliance oven is covered by a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet will repair (or at its discretion, replace) any part which has been found to be defective within TWO YEARS of the date of purchase at no cost to you.

PLUS 4 YEARS PARTS WARRANTY

The hermetically sealed refrigeration system is covered by an additional FOUR YEAR parts only warranty. The hermetically sealed refrigeration system consists entirely of the compressor, condenser, drier, connecting tubing, evaporator and hot gas bypass valve. This warranty period begins when the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. This warranty excludes labor.

For the four year parts warranty, which is in addition to the two year Manufacturer’s Warranty for parts and labor, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet  will repair, or at its discretion replace, covered parts which are found to be defective within the additional warranty periods. You will be responsible for freight and any labor costs or service fees.

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Smoker Cabinet Products Warranty

2 YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

This smoker is covered by a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet will repair (or at its discretion, replace) any part which has been found to be defective within TWO YEARS of the date of purchase at no cost to you.

The BBQ Guru DigiQ DX2 pit computer and Pit Viper fan provided with this smoker are covered by the BBQ Guru manufacturer’s 2 year parts warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Should the BBQ Guru unit malfunction within the warranty period, please email support@thebbqguru.com to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return it to the factory. If defective, it will be repaired or replaced (at the discretion of BBQ Guru) at no cost. There are no user serviceable parts on this unit.
