Steven Raichlen’s Philly Cheesesteak on the Gaucho Grill

The classic Philly cheesesteak is turned inside out in this segment from Steven Raichlen’s Project Smoke. Watch as he uses the Argentinian-style Kalamazoo Gaucho Grill to cook a whole beef tenderloin stuffed with peppers, onions and cheese. He grills it over a wood fire and serves with garlic bread.
