Our gas grill burners are incredibly powerful and durable. Each one weighs 14lbs and is designed to shed any charcoal or wood ash that may fall from above, keeping the burner ports from clogging.
Our tips for gas-only cooking on the Hybrid Fire Grill:
Before each grilling session, preheat the grill with the main burners on “high” and the hood closed for about 10 minutes. Once the grill gets up to 500°, clean the grill grates. At that point you can adjust the temperature for your recipe.
Grill directly above the gas grill burners at temperatures from 350° to more than 1000°.
Cook indirectly next to the gas burner heat at temperatures from 200° to more than 700°.
