Valentine’s Day is fast approaching so we’ve put together a gourmet three course menu for a romantic dinner at home. And gentleman, a word to the wise: she might say she doesn’t care about Valentine’s Day – but she does!  We’ve created three delicious recipes that will impress and romance your date.

Appetizer: Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Grilled Scallops

What’s sexier than succulent scallops seared on an open flame? The sweetness of the strawberries is balanced by the tart balsamic dressing while almonds add a little crunch and nuttiness.

Main: Beef Tenderloin Roast with Zinfandel Reduction and Herbed Butter

When cooked properly, nothing beats a quality piece of succulent beef tenderloin. The bold zinfandel reduction and creamy herbed butter elevate this dish to another level.

Dessert: Grilled Figs over Vanilla Gelato

Sometimes the simplest things in life really are the best. The figs are dusted with sugar and cinnamon and caramelized to perfection on the grill to create an irresistible melding of flavors. Add the grilled figs to rich, creamy gelato for a quick but indulgent dessert.
