A lot of cooks shy away from making their own pizza dough because quite frankly it seems like too much work. We’re here to tell you this isn’t the case! Making pizza dough from scratch really isn’t that difficult and the difference in taste and texture is huge. You can use an electric mixer with a dough hook to knead, however our dough recipe really doesn’t require enough work to bother with the machine.
