Like the “hot boxes” used to deliver room service at the finest luxury hotels and resorts, our warming cabinet is fueled by up to six cans of Sterno® which provide hours of safe, even heat. Light the number of gel fuel canisters necessary to achieve the desired food-safe temperature.
